My fitness & wellness journey has been lifelong since my childhood years, and it is my fuel for life.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Instructor, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, & Wellness Coach.
My specialties are Muscle Building, Weight Loss, Strength & Endurance, Athletic Performance, Nutrition, and Senior Fitness. In addition to one-on-one personalized coaching, I also work closely with senior healthcare facilities, physicians and mental health professionals to create customized programs that enhance & enrich their patients lives.
I am a big fan of nature and love the outdoors, so it’s no surprise that my favorite program for myself is an outdoor circuit with walking in-between sets. I practice Reiki, meditation, and follow a vegetarian and holistic lifestyle filled with peace & love.
